About the Role:

We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in accounting, logistics, and administration. As a Procurement Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Officer, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships. Your duties will include preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in procurement, accounting, logistics, and administration. A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control is essential. Familiarity with accounting principles and logistics operations will be an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. You should have strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
