BirdEye is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and manage global procurement operations across North America, India, Australia, and the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional with a strong background in SaaS, cloud, and IT procurement who is ready to drive strategic sourcing, optimize costs, and build scalable procurement practices across a fast paced and dynamic global organization from the comfort of their own home.

In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end global procurement operations, overseeing vendor relationships across multiple regions, and leading enterprise contract negotiations that deliver maximum value for the business. You will develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies, drive procurement automation and process efficiency, and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Working cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams you will play a central role in aligning procurement practices with broader business goals and driving measurable commercial outcomes across all regions.

The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management with strong and demonstrable expertise in SaaS, cloud, and IT procurement. Proven experience managing vendor relationships across multiple global regions, a deep understanding of enterprise contract negotiations, and a strong focus on cost optimization, procurement automation, and process efficiency are essential requirements for this role. The ability to partner effectively with cross functional teams and build scalable procurement frameworks in a global environment will set you apart as a candidate.
