Introduction:

WeSource HR is actively seeking a diligent and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a contract-based position, initially for six months with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive salary of AED 6,000. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our procurement processes, with a specific focus on manpower recruitment agencies.

Core Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance monitoring. This includes identifying and evaluating potential manpower recruitment agencies, ensuring they meet our quality and cost requirements.

Specialized Focus:

A key aspect of this position is the specialized handling of procurement related to manpower recruitment agencies. This requires a deep understanding of the recruitment industry in the UAE, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Essential Experience:

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of proven experience in procurement within the UAE. This experience should specifically include working with manpower recruitment agencies. A solid track record of successful vendor management and contract negotiation is essential.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in SAP is a mandatory requirement for this role. The Procurement Executive will utilize SAP for managing purchase orders, tracking expenditures, and generating procurement reports. Therefore strong SAP operational knowledge is a must.

Educational Background and Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or procurement, is required. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are also essential for success in this position.

Contractual Details and Expectations:

This is a six-month contract position with the potential for extension, depending on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
