We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer with a strong background in villas and high-rise building projects to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

As the Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for construction projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment. Your primary duties will include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets. You will maintain accurate procurement records, track orders, and resolve any issues related to supply chain operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in procurement, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and supplier management is essential. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office is a must.
