Key Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in:

Investment Banking

Private Equity

Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions

Proven track record in transaction execution and deal structuring

Advanced strategic planning and negotiation skills

Expertise in complex financial deal structuring

Strong understanding of institutional investment strategies

Primary Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction for M&A transactions

Structure and negotiate complex deal terms

Ensure optimal value creation for the organization

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

Align investment activities with organizational growth objectives

Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic due diligence

Collaborate with senior leadership to drive investment decisions

Required Skills
