Position Overview

The Primary Wellbeing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing student welfare, safety, and development within the primary section, ensuring compliance with educational standards while promoting a healthy and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain adherence to regulatory and national educational standards and values

Implement and oversee regular safety protocols and conduct thorough safety checks throughout the primary section

Develop and promote initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyle choices among students

Manage and coordinate parent-teacher meetings and ensure timely completion of section reports

Oversee the organization and execution of curricular and extra-curricular activities under Head of Section guidance

Handle student attendance monitoring and communicate health and behavioral concerns to parents following established procedures

Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment

Support the implementation of school policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (any field)

Proven experience in a UK curriculum school setting (mandatory)

Strong understanding of student wellbeing and safeguarding principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities

Proficiency in English

Must be currently residing in UAE

Desired Skills

Experience in student counseling or welfare support

Knowledge of UAE education regulations

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in using educational management systems
