About the Role:

Al Salam School is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic faculty for the 2025-2026 academic year. This position offers the opportunity to shape young minds while delivering the American curriculum in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and implement developmentally appropriate teaching strategies. You will be responsible for delivering core subjects while supporting students' social-emotional growth and academic progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or equivalent. UAE teaching experience is mandatory, with preference given to candidates familiar with the American curriculum system and its teaching methodologies.

Professional Skills:

We seek educators who demonstrate excellent classroom management, creative instructional techniques, and the ability to differentiate instruction. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential for working with our diverse student population.

Curriculum Implementation:

The ideal candidate will effectively deliver the American curriculum, utilizing best practices in elementary education. Experience with standards-based assessment and project-based learning approaches will be highly regarded.
