Role Overview

This role is ideal for candidates who can bridge pricing expertise with superior customer service. As a Pricing and Customer Service Executive, you will manage client interactions while developing competitive and accurate pricing strategies for freight forwarding services. Your input will directly influence business profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing accurate quotations, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. You’ll support pricing decisions using market insights, maintain updated rate cards, and ensure smooth communication between operations and clients, especially for freight-related services.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably within the UAE. A solid background in freight forwarding and hands-on involvement in pricing strategies is essential. Prior experience in customer service within a logistics setting will be a strong advantage.

Skills and Attributes

This role demands excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure professional interaction with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accurate records and delivering a seamless client experience. The ability to multitask under pressure is highly valued.

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Candidates from business, logistics, or supply chain backgrounds will be preferred. Formal education combined with practical experience will equip the candidate to meet performance expectations effectively.
