Duties & Responsibilities:

UNITED PRECAST CONCRETE DUBAI L.L.C is seeking an experienced Precast Production Engineer/Supervisor to oversee daily production operations. The role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of precast concrete production.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Manage and supervise daily production activities of precast concrete products, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.

Staff Management: Lead and manage production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in all precast products through regular inspections and quality control measures.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.

Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers and vendors as necessary.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise in the production of precast concrete products, addressing and resolving any technical issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in precast production, preferably with experience in the Gulf region.

Skills:

Strong leadership and management abilities.

Extensive knowledge of precast concrete production processes.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
