Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Pre-Salesman to join our Ice Cream Division within the FMCG sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering frozen products, managing route sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships with retail clients. The candidate must have deep knowledge of the local market, especially in frozen or ice cream categories.

Sales & Delivery Responsibilities:

As a Pre-Salesman, your duties will include visiting assigned outlets on your daily route, promoting and taking orders for ice cream products, and ensuring proper delivery and merchandising. You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock at each location.

Customer Relationship Management:

You will be the first point of contact for our retail clients. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building long-term relationships, handling queries, and providing solutions to clients. Your ability to understand client needs and offer suitable product recommendations is key to success.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:

You must have detailed knowledge of the ice cream and frozen food product range, including flavors, storage requirements, and shelf life. Promoting new products and achieving monthly sales targets will be an important part of your performance. Training will be provided to keep you up to date with promotions and seasonal trends.

Inventory and Vehicle Management:

You will also be responsible for tracking and recording the stock carried, monitoring sales returns, and ensuring that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and operated in compliance with UAE driving and safety laws. Efficient stock rotation and minimal spoilage are expected.

Market Intelligence:

Providing feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and market needs will help our company adapt to dynamic market conditions. You’ll be expected to observe and report market movements during your route visits and contribute ideas to improve service and sales.
