Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced PR & Communications Manager to develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the GCC hospitality sector and possess a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic PR and communications plans aligned with business objectives

Manage media relations and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and stakeholders

Oversee internal and external communications across multiple brands and outlets

Lead crisis communications and reputation management initiatives

Create compelling content for press releases, media kits, and corporate communications

Plan and execute media events, launches, and promotional activities

Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness

Manage social media strategy and coordinate with digital teams

Oversee budget planning and allocation for PR activities

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure integrated communications approach

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of PR & Communications experience in the GCC region

Proven track record in F&B and/or hospitality sector

Strong network of media contacts in Kuwait and the GCC region

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred

Experience in managing multiple brand portfolios

Crisis communication management experience

Strong project management and organizational skills
