Duties & Responsibilities:

Hire Rightt is seeking a highly experienced PR & Communications Lead to develop and execute effective public relations and communication strategies that will enhance the company's image and reputation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role in public relations and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Create and manage a yearly PR and communications plan to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets.

Proactively identify and secure media opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.

Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and speeches.

Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.

Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate potential PR issues.

Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees about company initiatives and updates.

Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and other promotional activities.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication strategies.

Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and communication metrics.

Develop and implement strategies to engage stakeholders and promote positive relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations and communications, preferably in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR and communication strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong media relations skills and experience working with local, regional, and international media.
