Asset Performance Management:

The Portfolio Executive will analyze investment performance metrics across residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities include conducting market comparisons, identifying value-add opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize rental yields and capital appreciation.

Stakeholder Coordination:

You will serve as the primary liaison between property owners, tenants, and maintenance teams. The role demands sophisticated communication skills to present performance reports and recommend asset enhancement initiatives to high-net-worth investors.

Candidate Profile:

We seek professionals with 3+ years of Dubai real estate experience in portfolio management, asset optimization, or investment analysis. Fluency in English plus Russian, Hindi, or Arabic is essential for serving our diverse client base.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools and ATS-compliant documentation is mandatory. Your ability to interpret market trends and translate data into actionable strategies will be critical for success.
