Duties & Responsibilities:

PACT Employment Services is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Policy Validation Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in compliance monitoring and policy management within the insurance or service-based industries. This hybrid working role offers the opportunity to work with big data files and requires proficiency in advanced Excel.

Job Requirements:

Salary: Up to AED 6,000

Contract Duration: 6 months (hybrid working)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in compliance monitoring and policy management

Industry Experience: Insurance or service-based industries

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing big data files and advanced Excel skills

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Data Gathering: Regularly undertake compliance data gathering and validation activities based on agreement levels. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support compliance monitoring efforts.

Data Management: Track and maintain data on a regular basis to support performance review and reporting. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.

Issue Log Maintenance: Maintain an issue log to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements. Document and track compliance issues to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Internal Audits: Conduct periodic internal audits to identify problem areas and help formulate strategies to maintain compliance status. Ensure all audits are thorough and accurately reflect the company's compliance status.

Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report adherence to compliance practices across the business. Ensure that the business meets regulatory requirements and that all policies, procedures, and systems align with company compliance standards.

Compliance Program Management: Manage the compliance monitoring program to ensure that the business is meeting regulatory requirements. Ensure all policies, procedures, and systems are in line with company compliance and regulatory standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance monitoring and policy management, specifically within the insurance or service-based industries.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience managing big data files.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to compliance data gathering and validation.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate compliance requirements and findings.

Problem-Solving: Ability to conduct internal audits, identify problem areas, and formulate strategies to maintain compliance status.
