Role Overview: As a Plumbing Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in supervising and managing plumbing installations and maintenance within construction and MEP projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are designed, tested, and implemented according to UAE safety and compliance regulations while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include reviewing technical drawings, monitoring on-site plumbing works, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring material quality. You will also oversee installation, inspection, and testing procedures, guaranteeing that all plumbing works align with project specifications and international standards.

Project Supervision: The role requires a strong ability to supervise workers on construction sites, manage resources efficiently, and address technical challenges immediately. You will also coordinate with the project manager, engineers, and site foremen to ensure smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Expertise: This position demands proficiency in handling plumbing systems within high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and residential projects. You will be required to interpret complex blueprints, apply hydraulic principles, and use advanced tools and technology to solve problems effectively.

Collaboration and Communication: The role involves close collaboration with the MEP team, architects, and contractors. Clear communication skills are essential to report progress, resolve site conflicts, and ensure timely completion of milestones without compromising quality or safety.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: You will implement strict quality control measures, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements. The role also includes conducting risk assessments, enforcing safety practices, and preparing reports for management review.
