Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Installation:

Install plumbing systems in residential apartments, complexes, and other buildings.

Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety standards.

Work with blueprints and technical diagrams to set up water supply systems, including pipes, valves, fixtures, and water heaters.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Inspect and replace worn or damaged parts, such as pipes, fittings, and faucets.

Conduct regular checks on water supply systems to identify potential issues and prevent emergencies.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure.

Use specialized tools and equipment to identify the cause of issues and implement effective solutions.

Provide recommendations for repairs or replacements as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.

System Upgrades:

Upgrade existing plumbing systems to improve efficiency and functionality.

Install modern plumbing technologies and fixtures to enhance water conservation and reduce utility costs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed.

Provide detailed reports to supervisors and clients on the status of plumbing systems and any issues encountered.

Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and materials for ongoing projects.

Customer Service:

Interact with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide professional recommendations.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective plumbing solutions.

Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in plumbing, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.

Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Education: Intermediate school education or equivalent; vocational training in plumbing is a plus.
