Position Overview

We are seeking experienced plumbers to join our Facilities Management team. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across various facilities in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues

Conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing infrastructure

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Install and maintain water supply lines, waste water systems, and related fixtures

Respond to emergency plumbing situations

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Maintain accurate records of work completed

Collaborate with other maintenance teams

Required Qualifications

ITI certification or diploma in relevant trade

2-3 years experience in Facilities Management within GCC

Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Physical ability to perform manual labor

Basic computer literacy for maintenance records

Good communication skills

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Technical Skills

Expertise in pipe fitting and fixture installation

Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment

Knowledge of water distribution systems

Understanding of drainage systems

Ability to read technical drawings

Experience with preventive maintenance

Working Conditions

Full-time position

Available for emergency calls

May require working in confined spaces

Physical demands include lifting, bending, and standing

Exposure to various weather conditions
