About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with a strong background in villas and high-rise building projects to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

As the Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Your primary duties will include creating detailed work plans, monitoring project progress, and identifying potential risks and delays. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will prepare progress reports, analyze project data, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering clear and concise reports.
