We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer specializing in Civil and Building Work for our projects in the UAE's Western Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pre and post-tender planning, variation claims, and delay analysis.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Or related field

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil and Building Work in UAE

Must have UAE-specific construction industry experience

Variation claims management

Delay analysis

Pre-tender planning

Post-tender execution

Baseline schedule preparation

Develop and maintain project schedules

Prepare detailed baseline programs

Analyze and report project progress

Handle variation claims

Perform delay analysis

Manage pre and post-tender planning activities

Monitor project milestones and deadlines

Coordinate with project stakeholders

Required Skills

Proficiency in project planning software

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent documentation skills

Knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices
