Visual Storyteller Role: As a Photographer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for capturing and editing visual content that tells compelling stories for our brand, marketing campaigns, and social platforms. You will play a key role in the company’s creative strategy by producing high-quality photo and video content that communicates our values and offerings effectively.

Production & Post-Production: From concept to execution, you'll handle all aspects of photography and videography including planning shoots, lighting, directing, shooting, and editing. You will ensure each piece of content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals, working closely with the marketing and design teams.

Creative Direction & Innovation: You will collaborate on creative briefs and contribute innovative ideas to elevate brand imagery and storytelling. A deep understanding of composition, color, movement, and tone is essential in delivering visually striking and consistent content.

Technical Skills & Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro is required. Familiarity with cameras, lighting setups, gimbals, and audio equipment is essential for ensuring professional quality production.

Content Optimization: You will be responsible for formatting videos and images for multiple channels such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites. Understanding platform-specific specs and audience behavior will help maximize engagement.

Time Management & Multitasking: You should be comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and feedback loops. The ability to remain creative and detail-oriented under pressure is a must.
