Job Overview

Seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team at Tadawi Medical Center. The ideal candidate will perform blood draws and handle specimen collection while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform blood collection procedures using various techniques including venipuncture and capillary punctures

Process, label, and track blood samples accurately

Maintain sterile equipment and work environment

Document patient information and procedures in electronic medical records

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations

Interact professionally with patients and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

Current DHA license or eligibility to obtain one

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited institution

Minimum 2 years experience in phlebotomy

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and blood collection procedures

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Computer literacy and experience with healthcare information systems
