Position Overview

Licensed Pharmacist needed to provide pharmaceutical care and medication management in a healthcare setting. Reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately following prescriber orders and UAE regulations

Review prescriptions for drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness

Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage

Maintain accurate patient records and inventory management systems

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and pharmacy protocols

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution

DHA license or eligibility to obtain one

Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy practice

Excellent knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Strong computer skills and experience with pharmacy management systems
