About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chairman, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive professional with excellent communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chairman

Manage complex communication channels and handle sensitive inquiries

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare professional communications, including drafting meeting minutes

Handle visit visa processes for international travel

Manage office logistics and source office supplies

Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and executive briefs

Maintain the Chairman's calendar with utmost precision

Provide comprehensive administrative support

Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant in Dubai

Proven track record of supporting high-level executives

Exceptional English communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Deep understanding of office management systems

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Extreme attention to detail

Technologically savvy with knowledge of latest office gadgets and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation:

Competitive salary up to AED 15,000
