Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Description

 Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the CEO's schedule, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.

Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Coordinate and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the CEO, responding or redirecting as appropriate.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO's meetings and presentations.

Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.

Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO's decision-making and strategic planning.

Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes, and following up on action items.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, filing, and organizing office supplies.

Anticipate the CEO's needs and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining professional relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
