About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Personal Assistant to join our HR team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at managing multiple priorities and supporting key business functions in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Manage calendars and schedule meetings

Handle correspondence and communications

Organize and maintain filing systems

Coordinate travel arrangements when required

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

HR Support Functions

Assist with HR administrative tasks

Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Help coordinate HR events and activities

Maintain HR documentation and files

Assist with employee queries

Office Management

Coordinate office supplies and equipment

Organize team meetings and events

Maintain office organization and efficiency

Handle vendor relationships

Manage office communication systems

General Duties

Screen and direct phone calls and emails

Take minutes during meetings

Process expense reports

Coordinate project timelines

Provide general administrative support

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in administration or as a PA
