Job Description

Position Overview:

Personal Assistant role supporting Leasing Director in real estate firm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support

Manage director's calendar and scheduling

Coordinate communications and meetings

Handle correspondence and document preparation

Support leasing operations and documentation

Maintain confidential and sensitive information

Assist with property-related administrative tasks

Essential Requirements:

UAE Real Estate experience mandatory

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented professional approach

Ability to multitask efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

McCone Properties Background in property leasing

Understanding of UAE real estate procedures

Experience with property management software
