Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Experience as a personal assistant, preferably in the UAE.

•⁠ ⁠Possession of a UAE driver's license (having a personal vehicle is a plus).

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in spoken and written English, including business English.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in creating presentations in PowerPoint.

  - Experience with neural networks/ artificial intelligence.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in writing press releases, short notes, and essays.

•⁠ ⁠Skills in creating content for Instagram, including photos, videos, and Reels.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in booking flights and hotels.

•⁠ ⁠Managing financial expenses and timely payment of bills for the executive.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of other languages and experience in the luxury segment are a plus.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Organizing the executive's workday, scheduling meetings, and business trips.

•⁠ ⁠Booking and paying for flights, hotels, preparing documents, and accompanying during trips.

•⁠ ⁠Researching and analyzing information, preparing presentations, and reports.

•⁠ ⁠Conducting negotiations, communicating with clients and partners, answering phone calls and emails.

•⁠ ⁠Organizing internal communication and document management.

•⁠ ⁠Participating in the implementation of business tasks, coordinating projects, interacting with suppliers, partners, and the team.

•⁠ ⁠Handling personal errands.

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring confidentiality of information.

Working Conditions:

•⁠ ⁠Office work (with the possibility of traveling abroad with the executive if necessary).

•⁠ ⁠Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, weekends — Saturday and Sunday (during the probation period).

•⁠ ⁠Salary starting package 8,000 AED
