About the Role

We're seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies for high-profile consumer brands across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms

Create and analyze campaign performance reports to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with content creation teams to ensure marketing materials align with campaign objectives

Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

Work closely with major brands in FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle sectors

Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices

Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market insights

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in performance marketing within the UAE/GCC region

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, PPC, and programmatic

Experience working with consumer brands, particularly in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle sectors

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing

Excellent project management and communication skills

Experience with campaign optimization and budget management

Knowledge of regional consumer behavior and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with major brands like Sephora, Unilever, or similar

Knowledge of Arabic language and culture

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms

Experience with influencer marketing campaigns

Understanding of content creation and creative processes
