Role Overview – MindPool Technologies is hiring a Payroll Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for detail-oriented HR and finance professionals with strong payroll management expertise, UAE labor regulations knowledge, and the ability to manage payroll operations effectively, process employee compensation, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, and support organizational HR excellence within a dynamic technology and innovation company.

Payroll Processing and Salary Administration – You will process employee payroll by calculating salaries, determining deductions, processing tax withholdings, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. You will coordinate with accounting, manage payroll timelines, and ensure salary accuracy. You will process payroll for all employees consistently and reliably supporting MindPool Technologies' operations.

Salary Calculation and Compensation Management – You will calculate employee salaries by applying salary structures, determining allowances, processing deductions, and calculating final compensation. You will ensure calculations are accurate, document methodology, and support salary review processes. You should understand complex compensation structures and salary components applicable to technology sector.

Deduction Management and Tax Withholding – You will manage employee deductions by processing tax withholdings, social security contributions, and other mandatory deductions. You will coordinate with authorities, maintain compliant withholding rates, and ensure proper deduction calculation. You should understand UAE tax requirements and mandatory deductions applicable to payroll.

UAE Labor Law Compliance – You will ensure payroll compliance with UAE labor law, Ministry of Human Resources requirements, and employment regulations. You will maintain knowledge of labor law requirements, implement compliant practices, and support organizational compliance. You should understand minimum wage requirements and labor protections in UAE.
