Role Overview – Abu Alnaga Group is hiring a Payroll Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for detail-oriented HR professionals with strong payroll management expertise, UAE labor regulations knowledge, and the ability to manage payroll operations effectively, process employee compensation, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, and support organizational HR excellence within a dynamic business organization environment.

Payroll Processing and Salary Administration – You will process employee payroll by calculating salaries, determining deductions, processing tax withholdings, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. You will coordinate with accounting, manage payroll timelines, and ensure salary accuracy. You will process payroll for all employees consistently and reliably.

Salary Calculation and Compensation – You will calculate employee salaries by applying salary structures, determining allowances, processing deductions, and calculating final compensation. You will ensure calculations are accurate, document methodology, and support salary review processes. You should understand complex compensation structures and salary components.

Deduction Management and Tax Withholding – You will manage employee deductions by processing tax withholdings, social security contributions, and other mandatory deductions. You will coordinate with authorities, maintain compliant withholding rates, and ensure proper deduction calculation. You should understand UAE tax requirements and mandatory deductions.
