Role Overview

Construction and Building Engineering LLC is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for payroll professionals with proven experience in payroll processing, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and WPS compliance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accurate salary disbursement, and support workforce payment requirements in the construction industry.

Payroll Processing and Management

Manage complete payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying attendance data, calculating salaries and wages, processing deductions and allowances, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement to all employees.

WPS Compliance and Filing

Ensure WPS (Wages Protection System) compliance by preparing WPS files, uploading salary information to WPS portal, ensuring timely submissions before deadlines, resolving WPS errors, and maintaining compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources regulations.

Attendance and Overtime Calculation

Calculate attendance and overtime by reviewing timesheet data, verifying working hours, calculating overtime pay per UAE labor law, processing shift allowances, computing weekend work compensation, and ensuring accurate wage calculations.
