About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong SAP expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and DMCC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
Manage full payroll cycle using SAP
Process monthly payroll calculations and payments
Handle salary transfers and payment instructions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation
Budgeting and Financial Planning
Prepare and manage personnel cost budgets
Create forecasts for staffing and compensation costs
Analyze payroll trends and variances
Provide regular reports on personnel costs and budgets
Support financial planning initiatives
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Manage employee benefits programs
Process salary adjustments and updates
Handle bonus calculations and payments
Maintain C&B documentation and policies
Support implementation of new C&B initiatives
Compliance
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law
Follow DMCC regulations and requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements
Prepare statutory reports and declarations
Handle payroll-related audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience in UAE
Proven experience with SAP payroll modules
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and DMCC regulations
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in SAP
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Experience with payroll software and systems
Knowledge of banking systems and payment processes
Understanding of tax implications and regulations
