About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to ensure accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining strict compliance with UAE labor regulations. This critical role serves as the nexus between HR and Finance departments, requiring meticulous attention to detail and up-to-date knowledge of wage protection systems.

Payroll Processing:

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll operations including salary calculations, overtime payments, and bonus disbursements. Your expertise will ensure error-free processing of monthly payroll for employees across all levels while adhering to WPS requirements.

HR Integration:

Beyond core payroll duties, you will support HR functions including onboarding documentation, benefits administration, and leave management. Your role involves close collaboration with HR business partners to maintain data integrity across all employee records.

Regulatory Compliance:

The position demands thorough understanding of UAE labor laws, social security regulations, and visa-related compensation requirements. You will be responsible for staying current with legislative changes and implementing necessary payroll adjustments.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 3-5 years of UAE payroll experience and a relevant bachelor's degree. Your background must demonstrate proficiency in payroll software (ERP/Sage) and advanced Excel capabilities for complex calculations.
