Job Overview: As a Payroll Manager (Oracle) at VICC, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll function for our UAE-based operations. Key Responsibilities: The Payroll Manager will handle payroll planning, reporting, and execution through Oracle HCM modules. The role also involves liaising with HR and Finance departments to align payroll with budgeting, tax requirements, and compliance standards, making it critical for the smooth functioning of the business.

Oracle System Expertise: The position requires deep expertise in Oracle Payroll, Oracle HRMS, and related HCM modules. You will be expected to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle payroll functionalities, ensuring system accuracy.
