Job Description

Job Overview: As a Payroll Manager (Oracle) at VICC, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll function for our UAE-based operations. This role demands a strong command of Oracle payroll systems, compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage large-scale payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency. You will ensure that all employee compensations are processed smoothly, on time, and in full alignment with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities: The Payroll Manager will handle payroll planning, reporting, and execution through Oracle HCM modules. You will develop workflows, automate processes, and create reports that enhance accuracy and reduce manual errors. The role also involves liaising with HR and Finance departments to align payroll with budgeting, tax requirements, and compliance standards, making it critical for the smooth functioning of the business.

Oracle System Expertise: The position requires deep expertise in Oracle Payroll, Oracle HRMS, and related HCM modules. You will be expected to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle payroll functionalities, ensuring system accuracy. This includes generating analytical reports, supporting audits, and providing insights for management decision-making. Strong knowledge of Oracle implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting will be highly valued.

Leadership Role: As a manager, you will be supervising a payroll team while also coordinating with cross-functional units. Your ability to provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to your team is essential. You will set payroll deadlines, assign responsibilities, and ensure compliance across all payroll-related tasks. This is a leadership role that requires both technical mastery and strong people management skills.

Compliance & Regulations: Payroll management in the UAE comes with strict compliance requirements under labor laws, tax policies, and regulatory guidelines. You will be tasked with monitoring changes in regulations, updating Oracle payroll settings, and implementing company policies accordingly.
