Acting as the first point of contact, this position ensures that every patient receives a warm, respectful, and professional welcome from the moment they enter the clinic. Patient Engagement and Support: This role focuses on guiding patients smoothly through their healthcare journey by managing registrations, appointments, and follow-up schedules. The executive ensures patients feel informed and supported at every stage, addressing inquiries promptly and coordinating effectively to minimize waiting times while maintaining a calm and organized reception environment.
Coordination with Clinical Teams: Close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and support staff is essential to maintain efficient patient flow. The Patient Relations Executive ensures accurate communication between departments, supports clinical schedules, and helps resolve operational challenges to deliver seamless service across the clinic.
Insurance and Billing Assistance: The position involves assisting patients with insurance approvals, billing clarifications, and payment-related questions. Accuracy and confidentiality are critical, as the executive ensures that patient information is handled responsibly while providing clear explanations that help patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities.
Patient Records and Confidentiality: Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records is a core responsibility of this role. The executive ensures that all patient data is updated, securely stored, and handled in compliance with healthcare regulations, supporting both clinical efficiency and patient trust.
Feedback and Experience Management: Handling patient feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism is a key element of this role.
