We are currently seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our reputable medical center in Dubai. Location and Industry

This position is based in Dubai, within a professional and patient-centric medical center environment. As a key member of the front-office and coordination team, the selected candidate will support daily clinic operations and act as the liaison between patients, doctors, and administrative departments to ensure efficient service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Eligibility and Experience Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must have prior experience in the UAE in a similar capacity. Experience within the healthcare sector is mandatory, as this role requires familiarity with clinical workflows, appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient documentation. Candidates without healthcare industry experience will not be considered for this position.

Language and Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Additionally, proficiency in Arabic and French languages is highly preferred, as the patient base includes diverse nationalities. The ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients from various cultural backgrounds will be crucial to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating with medical and administrative staff, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. A patient-first attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service at every touchpoint are expected.

Salary and Compensation
