Key Responsibilities:

As the Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences from the moment they enter our facility. Your primary duties will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient care. You will also handle patient inquiries, manage medical records, and assist with billing and insurance processes. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the hospital.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a patient-facing or administrative role within a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software is a must.
