Position Overview

We are seeking a Patient Affairs Administrator to join our Front Desk Team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and is crucial in maintaining our high standards of patient care and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression

Manage patient registration and check-in/check-out processes

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently

Handle patient inquiries and requests professionally

Process patient documentation and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with medical staff regarding patient flow

Manage incoming calls and correspondence

Verify patient insurance information and eligibility

Handle payment processing and basic accounting tasks

Maintain the reception area's professional appearance

Support administrative tasks for the clinical team as needed

Required Qualifications

Native English Speaker (Mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service

Proficiency in medical office management software

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Familiarity with UAE healthcare systems is a plus
