Job Summary:

Nice Auto Spare Parts is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Parts Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the sales of auto spare parts, particularly for Japanese cars, with knowledge of American car parts being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for auto spare parts.

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage with customers to promote parts sales.

Ensure a target-oriented approach and achieve sales targets consistently.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in parts sales within the automobile industry, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in using sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories, with a passion for staying updated on industry advancements and product knowledge.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Hindi/Urdu is required. Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary:

AED 1,700 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
