Role Overview:

Manage partner implementations and ongoing success

Ensure client satisfaction through strategic support

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Project Management

Lead partner implementation projects

Develop detailed project plans

Coordinate cross-functional teams

Align partner goals with implementation strategy

Account Management

Conduct on-site visits

Lead staff training sessions

Track success metrics

Manage stakeholder communications

Liaise with third-party vendors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years project management experience

Preferably with visitor/heritage attraction background

IT support experience beneficial

Multi-project management skills

SaaS/tech industry experience preferred
