Customer Engagement: As a Sales Assistant, your primary role is to assist customers by providing product information, answering queries, and offering styling or product suggestions. A warm, friendly, and professional approach is essential to help customers feel valued and enhance their shopping experience.

Sales Responsibility: You’ll be expected to actively promote products, meet daily and weekly sales targets, and contribute to overall store performance. Demonstrating a sound understanding of the products, current promotions, and pricing is a key aspect of this role.

Merchandising & Store Upkeep: Maintaining store cleanliness, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented will also be part of your duties. You’ll support visual merchandising efforts to keep the store layout attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Working as part of a team, you will support your fellow staff members in store activities, inventory checks, and managing customer flow during peak hours. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in this fast-paced retail environment.

Retail Experience Preferred: Prior experience in a retail environment is an advantage, particularly in fashion or lifestyle brands. However, enthusiastic candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
