Careflow Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Coordinator to join its team on a part-time, fully remote basis. Working Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, you will manage routine HR matters and maintain accurate employee records on an ongoing basis. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll, calculating salaries, and handling all related numerical tasks with precision. You will act as a liaison between workers and relevant third parties, maintain and regularly update Excel spreadsheets, and respond promptly to messages and requests throughout your shift. Dependability and focus during working hours are essential to performing this role well.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and fully comfortable conducting professional phone calls in the language. You bring strong accounting and numerical skills with direct experience in payroll and salary processing, and you are highly proficient in Excel and confident navigating online tools and platforms. You are someone who respects deadlines, honours clock-in commitments without exception, and maintains full focus during your working hours free from distractions. A stable high-speed internet connection, a working laptop, and a headset are required.
