Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily outlet operations and service delivery

Lead, train, and motivate F&B service team members

Monitor and maintain service quality standards

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly

Manage staff scheduling and deployment

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Oversee cash handling and daily revenue reports

Maintain inventory control and stock management

Assist in implementing promotional activities

Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience as Outlet Supervisor in 4/5 star hotels

Currently residing in UAE

Proficiency in English plus one additional language (Arabic, German, or Russian)

Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures

Experience with POS systems and inventory management

Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities
