Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outlet Captain to lead and supervise our dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure superior guest service while maintaining high operational standards and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and mentor service team members
Maintain highest standards of food and beverage service
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements
Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign duties to team members
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
Handle cash transactions and end-of-day reconciliation
Implement and monitor service quality standards
Assist in special events and promotions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as Outlet Captain in 4/5 star hotels
Currently residing in UAE
Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic/German/Russian)
Strong knowledge of F&B operations and international service standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Computer literacy with POS systems
Valid UAE health card
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management
Knowledge of multiple cuisines and beverage service
Experience with upscale dining concepts
Additional language skills
