Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing new market opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships in the building materials or signage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve product-wise sales targets through strategic planning and execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals

Identify and capitalize on new applications for existing and new products

Explore and penetrate new market segments to expand business reach

Monitor and maintain product profitability margins

Conduct market research and analysis to:

Track industry regulations and compliance requirements

Monitor market trends and buyer behavior

Analyze market share and competition

Identify opportunities for new product development

Provide comprehensive product information to clients including:

Technical specifications and guidelines

Product attributes and features

Installation manuals and data sheets

Warranty terms and conditions


Handle and resolve product-related complaints effectively

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and collect testimonials

Negotiate prices and terms with clients

Manage credit periods and ensure timely payment collection

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

2-3 years minimum experience in Building Materials or Signage Industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong understanding of technical product specifications

Experience in B2B sales environment

Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively within Kuwait

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Kuwait or GCC market

Knowledge of Arabic language

Additional technical certifications related to building materials or signage

Experience with CRM systems

Background in construction or architectural products
