Role Overview: As an Oracle NetSuite Developer, you will be a core part of our ERP transformation initiatives, bridging the gap between business operations and technology. This position requires an individual with a strong balance of functional knowledge and technical proficiency, ensuring NetSuite is effectively customized to meet organizational goals across finance, sales, logistics, and supply chain operations.

System Development & Customization: The role involves designing, developing, and implementing SuiteScripts, workflows, custom records, and reporting solutions within NetSuite. You will work on enhancing system functionality, integrating new business processes, and ensuring that all customizations align with best practices for long-term scalability and performance.

ERP Integration & Optimization: You will manage data integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms, enabling seamless operations across multiple business units. The developer will play a key role in improving ERP workflows, ensuring that complex business requirements are translated into reliable technical solutions that optimize day-to-day processes.

End-User Support & Training: This role requires active engagement with end users to troubleshoot issues, resolve system errors, and provide hands-on support. The developer will also be responsible for delivering training sessions and documentation that empower users to maximize NetSuite functionalities without constant dependency on the technical team.

Collaboration with Business Teams: Working closely with finance, supply chain, sales, and operations teams, you will analyze requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions. This collaboration ensures that NetSuite not only meets technical specifications but also delivers measurable improvements to business performance and reporting accuracy.

Performance Monitoring & Security: As part of system administration, you will manage user roles, permissions, and access controls, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards. Continuous monitoring of system performance, data integrity, and process efficiency will be crucial to ensuring smooth business operations.
