Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage workforce deployment and client relationships for our manpower supply services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UAE's manpower industry.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years UAE manpower industry experience

Valid UAE driving license

Strong leadership abilities

Excellent communication skills

Experience in workforce management

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Coordinate daily workforce deployment

Monitor staff attendance and performance

Ensure timely service delivery

Maintain operational documentation

Client Relations

Assess client manpower requirements

Handle client communications

Ensure service quality standards

Address client concerns promptly

Team Supervision

Manage workforce schedules

Monitor staff performance

Ensure compliance with company policies

Coordinate with HR for staffing needs
