Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist with strong expertise in customs clearance procedures and Bill of Entry (BOE) processing. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the UAE freight forwarding industry and a thorough understanding of customs documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage Bill of Entry (BOE) documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail

Handle customs clearance operations for various types of shipments and cargo

Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and other relevant stakeholders

Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and requirements

Verify and process customs documentation including certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and packing lists

Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams

Resolve customs-related queries and issues promptly

Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and documentation

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding operations

Strong expertise in BOE processing and customs clearance procedures

In-depth knowledge of UAE customs regulations and documentation requirements

Experience with customs clearance software and systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent understanding of shipping documentation and trade compliance
