About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Banking Operations Officer with specialized expertise in WPS (Wages Protection System) processing to join our client's banking operations team in Dubai. This critical role requires in-depth knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and payroll processing protocols.

Core Responsibilities:

The Operations Officer will manage end-to-end WPS transactions while ensuring strict compliance with UAE Central Bank requirements. Your daily tasks will include processing salary files, verifying employee data, and reconciling payroll transactions with meticulous attention to regulatory details.

Regulatory Compliance:

A key aspect of this position involves staying current with evolving WPS regulations and Central Bank circulars. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits of payroll processes and maintaining comprehensive documentation for regulatory reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must possess minimum 2 years of hands-on WPS processing experience within UAE banking operations. Demonstrated knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll compliance is mandatory, with preference given to candidates currently working in the banking sector.

Technical Skills:

The role requires advanced proficiency in WPS platforms, core banking systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Your ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies while meeting strict processing deadlines will be essential for success.
