About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a meticulous Banking Operations Officer to join our client's team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with at least one year of UAE banking operations experience who thrive in detail-oriented environments. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth transaction processing while maintaining strict compliance standards.

Core Responsibilities:

As an Operations Officer, your primary duties will include processing financial transactions with precision, maintaining accurate system records, and managing critical banking documents. You'll serve as the operational backbone, verifying application quality from sales teams and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements before processing.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:

You'll handle customer inquiries professionally while collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues. Your role requires balancing efficiency with exceptional attention to detail - every application you process must be error-free and compliant with banking standards. Expect to regularly interface with sales, compliance, and customer service teams.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Vigilance is key in this position. You'll continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activities, conduct quality checks, and maintain audit-ready records. Your expertise will help safeguard the bank against operational risks while ensuring full adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations and internal policies.

Technical Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE banking operations experience
